1. Services Provided

PTSLawncare offers professional lawn care services, including but not limited to mowing, dethatching, overseeding, aeration, lawn treatments, and topdressing.

2. Appointments & Bookings

• Customers can book services through our website, phone, or email.
• All appointments are subject to availability and weather conditions.
• We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather).

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are outlined on our website or provided in a custom quote.
• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.
• We accept bank transfer or cash payments.
• Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 48h before the scheduled service.
• Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• If we arrive at the location and cannot carry out the service due to customer unavailability or access restrictions, a call-out fee may apply.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• The customer must ensure that the lawn is free of obstacles, debris, and pet waste before the service.
• Access to water and electricity (if needed) must be provided.
• We are not responsible for damage to hidden objects (e.g., cables, pipes) unless previously disclosed.

6. Liability & Guarantees

• While we take great care in our work, we are not responsible for natural lawn conditions or results affected by weather, soil quality, or unforeseen factors.
• We do not guarantee instant results, as lawn care is a long-term process.
• Any issues must be reported within 2 days of the service for review.

7. Health & Safety

• Customers and pets should stay clear of the work area during service.
• Certain treatments may require temporary lawn access restrictions (e.g., after fertilization or pesticide applications).

8. Privacy Policy

• Customer information is kept confidential and used only for service-related communication.
• We do not share your details with third parties without consent.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• PTSLawncare reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• The latest version will always be available on our website.

10. Insurance Coverage

PTSLawncare is fully insured with public liability coverage for your protection.
